Refund policy

Returns & refunds (30 days)
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging— and include proof of purchase. To start a return, you please contact us. We’ll reply with instructions. Packages sent without prior approval aren’t accepted.

Change-of-mind returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. 

Incorrect or defective items
Please check your order on arrival and contact us right away if anything is incorrect or defective. Any defective or incorrect items will be replaced by us.

Size exchanges (U.S.)
We don’t do direct exchanges. Instead, request a Size Swap within 30 days. We’ll send a one-time swap code so you can reorder the same item, same color, in a different size. The replacement ships for $4.95. Once a swap code is used, the original order is non-refundable. Replacement items are final sale, except if defective or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, final-sale items, and gift cards aren’t returnable.

EU/UK customers (14-day right of withdrawal)
If you cancel the entire order within 14 days of delivery, we’ll refund the product(s) and the cost of our least-expensive standard delivery. Shipping upgrades aren’t refunded. You’re responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refund timing
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at: support@truehiketees.com.
